Concrete Forms Sold by Quantity
Concrete forms are sold times the quantity listed on a given lot. Please confirm the lot quantity prior to placing a bid.
Buyer’s Premium & Title Fee:18% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases. $35 Title Fee will be added to all titled assets.
Sales Tax:
Invoices will include all applicable sales, export, use and other taxes due to any federal, state or local taxing authority, shall be in addition to the Contract Price and paid to BIC Auctions at the time of sale of the Lot(s).
Payment:
All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours after the Auction ending. Payments may be made by certified funds or wire transfer. Any invoices under $5,000 may be paid with a credit card (3% surcharge applied).
Removal:
Removal is by appointment ONLY & is scheduled via our online scheduling system. You are responsible for pick-up and removal of Lot(s) purchased. All items must be removed by January 31, 2025, by 4:00 PM (Local Time).
Removal dates and times are as follows:
Dates: Monday - Friday, January 16 - January 31, 8AM to 4PM by appointment only.

Assistance with Removal: Loading assistance is available for $150/hour.

You are solely responsible for the disassembly, rigging, loading, removal, shipping, and transportation of each Lot purchased. Disassembly and removal must be done in a workmanlike manner, and you will indemnify and hold harmless both Auction Company and Seller(s) against any and all damages. You are responsible for ensuring all Lots purchased.
