Important Information

 FEES

  • 15% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases
  • Sales Tax will be applied.
  • $35 fee added to all titled items.

 

FORMS

  • Concrete forms are sold by the quantity / times the money.

PAYMENT

  • Invoices will be sent following conclusion of auction.
  • Invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours from auction ending.
  • Payments may be made by certified funds or wire transfer. Any invoices under $5,000 may be paid with Visa or Mastercard (3% surcharge applied).
  • We do NOT accept payment on-site.

REMOVAL

  • Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full.
  • Appointment is required for all Load Out. Details for scheduling will be sent with paid invoice.
  • Buyer is responsible for all labor required for loading. 
  • All items must be removed by Nov. 4, 2024 at 4PM (Local Time).
