FEES
- 15% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases
- Sales Tax will be applied.
- $35 fee added to all titled items.
FORMS
- Concrete forms are sold by the quantity / times the money.
PAYMENT
- Invoices will be sent following conclusion of auction.
- Invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours from auction ending.
- Payments may be made by certified funds or wire transfer. Any invoices under $5,000 may be paid with Visa or Mastercard (3% surcharge applied).
- We do NOT accept payment on-site.
REMOVAL
- Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full.
- Appointment is required for all Load Out. Details for scheduling will be sent with paid invoice.
- Buyer is responsible for all labor required for loading.
- All items must be removed by Nov. 4, 2024 at 4PM (Local Time).
