By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them. Your bid is a contract.  If you are the high bidder you will enter into a legally binding contract with B.I.C. Auctions, Inc.

IN ORDER TO BE APPROVED FOR THIS AUCTION YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING 'CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM' Credit Card Authorization Form (Online Bidders) & email to bic@bicauctions.com or fax to 888.965-9947. **THIS IS NOT YOUR REGISTRATION BUT IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE BIDDING APPROVAL IS GRANTED** A $500.00 Authorization Fee will be placed on your card.  Authorizations generally expire within 1-10 business days. The card-issuing bank determines the number of days that an authorization may be held. After this deadline and if nothing is purchased, the authorization is canceled, and the amount is returned to the available balance on the account. 

Auctioneer may not be able to respond timely to registration requests on the day of sale, we recommend registering the day prior to the auction.

 Auction Catalog is a guide-only. B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.

 Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.

 For online bidders, a Buyer's Premium of 13% will be applied to all purchases.

Local sales tax of 7% is applicable for this specific auction and will be applied to all purchases, including buyer’s premium, unless appropriate tax-exempt documentation is provided prior to payment being made. For out of state shipments, a Bill of Lading must be provided at time of removal.

All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by date specified for specific auction.

***All items must be removed by Thursday, September 11, 2014 by 4:00 P.M. or the items will be forfieted unless prior arrangements have been made.***  

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer (preferred), Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard (with additional 3% surcharge applied), personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).

If payment is not made within 24 hours, the credit card provided for authorization will be billed up to $500 towards the outstanding balance for each day until full-payment has been received.

B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise.

The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.
